Bluesea International Properties was created in September 2003 to help British people buy their dream holiday home abroad. We especially want to assist those who are looking for something different.

In May 2004, we opened our shop in East Boldon, Tyne and Wear, and are now the North East’s leading overseas property experts.

We decided to specialise in helping our customers find homes in the now popular destination of Bulgaria.

We work with the highest quality builders in Bulgaria’s ski and coastal resorts. All our homes must meet strict criteria, which includes project insurance, builder’s warranty, building licences and title.

We are specialists in providing holiday homes in the country’s ski resorts, such as Bansko and Borovets.

Although Bulgaria is our speciality, we can also help people find holiday homes in Spain, France, Majorca, Dubai, Cyprus Turkey, Canaries and Cape Verde, as well as other destinations.

Our properties start from Studios and apartments to large homes, and can fit any budget.
